Do the following as you reflect and think on how to quantify:
- List all projects
- Whether you were the leader
- How many departments were included
- List the challenges
- Whether timelines were met
When you are in with our boss discussing your annual increase, this is the time to have this information. It is not up to your boss to remember everything you have done for the year; it is your responsibility to remind them.
The more information like this that you can provide, the more control you have over your career. When you take control, the C Suite takes notice and they realize that you are a contributing member of the organization.
